Hey guys, I um...haven't posted in quite a while...so instead of making some long post that says "sorry for my hiatus," I am just going to write a good ol' fashioned review! About Mario Galaxy! Wait...I already did SMG? Well I'll be darned...I know! Hotel Mario! Wait...I've never actually played that game before? Well...the original Super Mario Bros then! (SNES graphics enhanced version)

Presentation:
The game is light and colorful! A baby could navigate the menu screen, but too simple at this time. I give this a 90.

Sound: 
The most classic song in video games is on here! 100!

Graphics:
The graphics at the time were pretty good compared to the Atari and stuff, but yet I feel there were (S)NES games that looked better, 90.

Gameplay:
A formula so perfect that is so perfect of perfectness that is so perfect oh my god perfectness perfect too much perfect! A 100.

Lasting Appeal:
Even though this game is great, it gets old after a while, even though the princess will give you a second quest after you beat the game, it still gets old.
This gets an 85.

Overall:
This game is great, and deserves a score of....
93!

Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword Review

Okay, everybody seems to like this game, so I will review it.

Presentation:
It is presented horribly, it isn't realistic at all, the game is so light and happy. I give this a 10.

Sound:
It isn't epic at all. 10.

Graphics:
Its all cartoony, XBOX is better. I give this a 5

Gameplay:
Not fun and very tedious. I give this a 1

Lasting Appeal:
The game will last you about 10 minutes. I give this a 3

Overall:
Horrible, ugly game, gets a 5.

April fools. The game is great. Not going to review it anytime soon though.

Tetris (Classic Gameplay) Review

Okay! Tetris...yeah, this will be for ALL versions of the classic gameplay of Tetris, as they are all the same. Let's go!

Premise:

Almost everybody knows how to play Tetris, you try to stack blocks and get rows, I can't explain in words though...so look up Tetris on YouTube or just play it online or on your phone.

Presentation:

All versions are very well polished. It's clean and not too hard to navigate around the menus, so this deserves a 90.

Sound:

Look up "Tetris Theme" on YouTube and see what I mean. This gets a 95.

Graphics:

These games have never really been about the graphics, but it still has good graphics, even the Game Boy version looks pretty sweet. The newer versions also look amazing. I give this a 85.

Gameplay:

Stacking blocks and making rows has never been this fun, the gameplay is classic, simple and excellent, everybody can enjoy it. I give this a 100.

Lasting Appeal:

You can play this game forever and still never truly beat it. You just keep wanting to come back to it, but it might get boring for some people after a while. So I will give this a 90!

Overall:

I actually have reviewed Tetris Party Live for the DS, but that was really about the online play.

The classic gameplay of Tetris is simple yet enjoyable. It's a great game to play when you're bored or not bored. So I give the game of Tetris a...92!

Kinect Disneyland Adventures Review

I just rented this game yesterday, but I had to review it because of it being either excellent or god awful, what one is it, you'll have to see.

Another thing I'd like to point out is that I go to Disney World a lot, so I will be more critical.

Magic Kingdom in Florida and Disneyland in California are basically the same thing, so that's something to remember.

Premise:

This is a new category, I'm not going to judge the games on this, but this is is to tell you what it's about. The premise here is that you're a kid at Disneyland who somehow gets in the park without any money. In the game you talk to characters and play minigames based off rides.

Presentation:

The presentation in this game is excellent, they recreate Disneyland just right, from the rides to the restaurants, this is a excellent game in terms of presentation, the colors are also bright and colorful, I give this a 95.

Sound:

This is also very good too, the voice acting is amazing. But there is one thing that annoys me, the talking families in the background! Yes, you're not at Disneyland alone, there are other families that add more life to the game, but they just won't shut up, but at the same time I liked the families because they brought more life to the game. The music is okay. I give this a 45.

Graphics:

The games graphics are...okay. They don't really show what the Xbox can do...but they are better than some Wii games. But they really don't impress that much. So I will give this a 40.

Gameplay:

Ugh...You know what, here is a list of why I hate the gameplay so much.

-Controls are broken

-Tedious getting to characters

-Minigames are tedious and boring

So yeah, this gets a 15.

Lasting Appeal:

The game may look like it has a lot of replay value, but it doesn't, every minigame feels the same and it'll take you about 15 minutes just to get to one character to another, so this will be a "end of the shelf" title. This gets a 30.

Overall:

The game is god awful, the controls are broken, the gameplay is tedious, the graphics and sound don't come up to the Xbox's potential. But this ended up getting a 45...so I will subtract 10 points away from this score.

Okay! This is an awesome seed I found! The seed can be used as a survival island seed or something even better. You spawn on a survival island. But press F3 and see if it says f:1 somewhere on there, if it doesn't, turn around slowly until you see it. If it does, go straight (do this in creative), You will be at a desert. Keep going until you see a big stone area. There should be a hill straight ahead. The hill will have cobblestone on it. Dig in the the hill and there will be TWO skeleton spawners. There are 2 chests, one contains a music disc (cat)!

Top 5 Best and Worst Paper Mario Partners

I'M BACK FROM HIATUS! WOOO! (just wrote a post about that.)

Characters in Super Paper Mario (Peach, Bowser, Luigi), are not partners, pixls are though.

Also, characters that have the same basic abilities can be on the list.

Let's start out with the best!

5-Bombette:

I like Bobbery...but he's a grumpy grouch, so I like Bombette better, she's cute.

4-Cudge:

There were many Pixls to be best. But Cudge is easily the one to win.

3-Watt:

He...I mean she is very cute and powerful. Nothing much to say here.

2-Yoshi:

It's awesome because you can name it and it comes in different colors!

1-Vivian:

Her field move is awesome, her battle moves are awesome, Vivian is awesome!

Now for the worst...

5-Sushie:

She helps during Lava Piranha, but other places...not so much.

4-Goombario:

He's a wannabe Mario, but in reality he's a worthless Goomba.

3-Mrs. Mowz:

She finds badges...that's it.

2-Dottie:

It's not helpful...at all. WHY DO I WANT TO BE SMALL SMALL MARIO!

Hiatus

Cyndaquil Likes Jigglypuff

One day there was a Cyndaquil who had a crush on a Jigglypuff.

Cyndaquil had never seen the Jigglypuff's face, so one day when he was at the park he saw her and he went up to her.

"Hi!" the Cyndaquil said.

Jigglypuff turned around and it wasn't Jigglypuff, it was a Machop.

"Like my costume?" the Machop said.

Cyndaquil fainted.

Top 5 Best and Worst Games I Have Reviewed

In my last post I told you guys I was going to make a very special post the next day, but I sort of forgot to do it, but here it is! Top 5 Best and Worst Games I Have Reviewed.

Scores also won't have an effect on these games.

THE BEST:

5-Super Mario Galaxy 2:

Even though I thought this game wasn't my favorite game of all time, I still love it for it's amazing atmosphere and gameplay.

4-Super Mario 3D Land:

The game is great, even though I didn't play in 3D, I still had tons of fun playing it. The fact that it had eight special worlds made me love it even more.

3-Super Mario Bros. 3:

In my "Top 5 Funnest Games I Have Ever Played" list, I put this at number one, but now I do feel it's too outdated to still be my favorite though, but is still a great game.

2-Super Mario Galaxy:

The game is innovative, a classic and beautiful, if you haven't bought this game, you need to go to your nearest store and buy the game NOW.

1-Minecraft:

This game is literally amazing, what kind of game lets you build anything, go everywhere and basically do everything? This game still holds off as one of my favorite games of all time.

THE WORST:

5-Face Raiders:

The game is a good game, but I wish there were more levels because it really is a good game, just very shallow though.

4-Donkey Kong:
The game wasn't bad, it's just outdated, but I believe it is good for about 200 Wii Points, but not for 500.

3-AR Games:

The idea sounds good, but it turns out to be bad when you actually play it, none of the games feel like games, they feel like a tech demo that is just Nintendo's way of saying "We can make anything happen with the 3DS!" (which is not true).

2-Mario is Missing:

Yes, he is missing something, fun. Seriously, if somebody could make a great edutainment game, it would be Nintendo, I know this game is old, but still, I feel like it could be a little more...fun?

1-Cooking Mama: World Kitchen:

This game is awful, it's not fun, the controls don't work, and it's...$21 DOLLARS? This game isn't even worth ten dollars! It's worth a dime a dozen! So yeah, if you have this game, playing frisbee with it is probably even funner than actually playing the game itself.

So there you have it!

Good Games Gone Bad: Just Dance 3

I like the Just Dance series, Just Dance 3 was the best though, but is there anything bad or weird about it? Well...there are four things.

1-Weird Dancers:

Okay, some dancers are normal, but when I look at the"Party Rock Anthem" dancer, I just think the developers didn't know what would go good with the song so they just improvised.

2-Bad DLC:

Face it, the downloadable content here sucks, we don't want to play old Just Dance 1 songs or Just Dance 2 songs, we want to play exclusive Just Dance 3 content. (Mario was cool though)

3-Unlockable Content Should be New Songs, Not Mashups:

Yeah, I never got really into the whole mashup idea, how about more new songs, okay Ubisoft?

4-No Just Dance:

Lady Gaga's song still isn't on here, it's probably too expensive, but why can't they do a cover version of it, they did it with a good amount of songs on the game, so why can't they do it here?

Minecraft Collecter's Challenge

I have a Minecraft survival challenge, get every obtainable block in the game. Yes, every obtainable block. This can be played on any difficulty. You can obtain unobtainable ores with the silk touch enchantment, but you can play it without a silk touch, if you want to, get pickaxe and enchant it if you want to do it the hard way.

This has probably been done before...

So I have a little twist, and that is having only one tool at a time when you're out, see you'll build a base, and when you leave that base, you may only have one tool, so choose wisely and you can only go out four times a full day and night period.

Now here are some rules

*Operating blocks (workbench, furnace, piston, note block, etc) do not have to be crafted unless wanted to, End Stone doesn't have to be collected either.

*Blocks must be placed after collecting in a special area.

*You can use an inventory editor for these items:

Clock

Compass

Map

*No mods that can help you (TooManyItems, Single Player Commands, etc)

*Don't have to collect every item in the game, just placeable blocks.

100th Post Special! Minecraft seed and new post series.

It's my 100th post! So I want to show you some cool stuff!

I made a new Minecraft world, and there was a cave near spawn. I went to the cave and there was a spider dungeon! I was in creative though, In the chest was redstone, cocoa beans and more! You spawn in a taiga too. Theres also a wolf pack not too far away.

I'm also thinking about starting a new post series called Good Games Turned Bad, which is basically finding the worst things is games that I gave a good score, even a 100.

My copy of Super Smash Bros. Brawl has died, the Wii sadly cannot read the disc. It works for about five minutes then it crashes.

I loved Brawl, I reviewed it and gave it a 98. Now it has gone to a better place (aka eBay, just kidding).

My favorite character was Ness.

Minercaft (Creative) Review

The reason I'm doing a review of creative mode is because many reviewers tend to review survival mode. So I think it would be fun to do a review of creative Minecraft.

So with that said!

Presentation:

When you first start the game in survival you have nothing, and if you are a newbie to Minecraft, you won't have a single clue on what you're supposed to be doing. No signs, no people, no anything, just you and some livestock and I like that because if you were stranded on a deserted island, would you have signs that tell you what to do? NO. In creative mode things are a lot easier though, you are given UNLIMITED blocks and you are invincible, but I don't play creative mode for it being easier, it's because I love building. The 8-bit art style is also marvelous and so are the worlds. I give this a 90.

Sound:

Creative mode has no music, just annoying sound effects which I usually turn off. But in survival there are beautiful music tracks made by an artist named C418. So in conclusion I give this a score of 92.

Graphics:

The game has beautiful graphics. The 8-bit art style is amazing. They also are very smooth. I give this a 100.

Gameplay:

In survival mode your main goal is to eat pie (no, it's to survive, duh) In creative mode your main goal is to create buildings, pixel art, etc. But depending what mode you play, you'll get a amazing experience no matter what. The game controls perfectly. The mobs are fun to kill (get em' creepers!) and there are also a lot of mechanics like crafting, mining, smelting, potion making, enchanting, and many more. I give this a 100.

Lasting Appeal:

The game has no end.

Okay! There is a realm called The End which is "the proper ending" to the game but it really isn't.
